What We Offer
Individual therapy services for adults through a telehealth platform.
I specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of trauma and PTSD. I also treat mood disorders, including depressive and anxiety related disorders, processing life transitions, as well as stressors in specific populations such as LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and AAPI. I have previous experience treating these concerns with co-occuring substance use disorders and compulsive behaviors
Therapy is where lived experience and innate strengths combine with knowledge and skills through understanding and appreciation for individual differences. As such, therapy will be customized to your needs and goals, including which treatment modalities are utilized. Please see below for a list of available treatment modalities.
Note about Complex PTSD (C-PTSD): C-PTSD is an ICD-11 diagnositic code which has not yet been adapted within the United States. This practice recognizes the existance and treatment of C-PTSD, but is limited to utilizing ICD-10 diagnostic code for PTSD.
